Answers

Yes, you will not be charged GST if you live outside of Australia. We will organize a quote for postage for you or alternatively you can nominate a carrier.
There is no minimum order for acupuncture products from us, normal courier charges
will apply.
Turn around time is usually within 24 hours of the order being received.
Samples of our products can be mailed out to you, or if you wish you can purchase a Starter Pack which will have different boxes of our products for you to try.
You can place an order through our website or orders can be placed over the phone.
Orders are sent out via courier at $8.80 including GST.
You can place orders online via email or through our online store as well as over the phone.
First you need to establish a buying history with us, if you only order a once or twice a year then it is unlikely that an account would be approved. However upon your request you will be sent a account application form to fill out. Once completed, send the application back to us for our accounts department to process. Upon approval your account details will be sent to you with a copy of our trading terms. Please note that we do not issue monthly statements and all goods remain the property of Red Coral Acupuncture Supplies until payment is received in full.
If you require to come to us, then please arrange an appointment between 9-6 Monday to Friday.
